eBay Dash button
Built during a 48-hour hackathon as part of a marketing campaign pitch. I built a prototype to show how an Amazon dash button can be used to order the very same item at a cheaper price from eBay instead of Amazon.

As part of a marketing campaign pitch, I hacked an Amazon Dash Button to order the same Amazon item but from Ebay for a cheaper price.

Process
I wrote a small python script to find out when the Mac address of a particular Dash Button was detected. Once the signal is detected, a javascript app built on
nightmare.js runs a pre defined Ebay page to complete the ordering process.
